Joel’s practice centres on motor vehicle accidents, institutional liability, and solicitors’ negligence claims, with additional experience in slip and fall, brain injury, and fatality cases. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2002, he is Certified as a Specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Ontario.
