Mr. Levy is the Managing Partner of Howie, Sacks & Henry LLP, a Toronto personal injury firm, a role he has held since late 2024 after previously serving in the position from 2014 to 2022.
David has spent over 25 years conducting trials and arbitrations on behalf of accident victims, with a practice that covers car, truck, and bus collisions, accident benefits, and medical malpractice claims. He is certified as a Specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Ontario and is frequently invited to teach personal injury law to other lawyers, including at Osgoode Hall Law School. Above all else, Mr. David Levy is regularly retained by other Ontario firms as trial counsel on complex personal injury files.
