Ilan grew up inside the practice, working at the firm as an interpreter, law student, and intake coordinator years before he was called to the bar, and he has now practised law there for over two decades. He is known for being exhaustively detail-oriented, tracking every benefit that has been paid, reduced, or quietly stopped, and for meeting clients at home, in hospital, or at a rehabilitation facility rather than asking them to travel. And above all else, he treats clients’ families the same way his own family has always treated the firm – as one and the same.
