Unlike most other lawyer directories that will list anyone who pays their fees, at Top Lawyers Canada, we are a little more selective. As our name suggests, we only list experienced Canadian lawyers. We limit enrolment only to those that meet strict minimum practice, experience and recognition requirements.
These requirements include: (One or more of the following)
• Awarded the recognition of “King’s Counsel” (K.C. Designation)
• Recognized by your Bar Association or Law Society as a “Certified Specialist”
• Firm Partner
• 10+ Years of practice experience
